Runescape making money?
any tips im a member just any tips or just tell me ur best way u make money
what i do is I teleport to castle wars and go to the maze and kill hill giants that are lvl 28 so they are so easy. i get 26-28 big bones put it in the bank and go kill more hill giants. i sell 26 big bones at the grand exchange for 10k. So i can make 100k in 30 min. I just started doing this and i have been buying things that i wanted so much quicker
Ok this is how I make money on runescape. Now selling prices do change on runescape so I’m just telling you prices from when I last played, which was one week ago. There are three main ways I make money. I will go into detail as much as I can to help you out.
Money Making Method #1
First off some things you need: a brass key (nothing fancy just a plain brass key), the best armour and weapons you got (If you’re a decent enough lvl you probably won’t need it but it always helps to have it with you.) First off go to the south entrance of the GE (Grand Exchange) then head west. You should have in your inventory only the brass key as to have enough room for other stuff. Head west and you’ll soon run into a small building that requires the brass key to get into. The building is before the river that is right beside Barbarian Village. It is a very small building that has a ladder heading down, go down the ladder. There are a total number of 8 giants (I believe) down here in this cave. Kill the giants and pick up the money, big bones, and Limp Roots they drop, don’t bother with picking up the iron kiteshields and daggers they drop. Those iron things don’t sell for much and they take forever to sell. Keep fighting until your bag is filled up with Big Bones and/or Limp Roots. Go back to the ladder from which you came down from initially then make your way back to the GE (Grand Exchange). From here you can either bank your Big Bones and Limp Roots or you can sell them. Big Bones go for around 430gp each (Once again prices change on runescape so the prices might be lower or higher when you go that depends on the urgency that the item is needed.) the Limp Roots sell for around 600gp each. You can continue to make trips back and forth until you get bored or have the amount of money you want/need. Now as a friendly reminder about this way of making money: Almost everyone knows about it so most of the time the cave that has the giants in it is packed with people fighting over who gets the giants. I suggest that you select a world that has the lowest amount of people in it and go on late at night as fewer people are on then.
Money Making Method #2
First off you need to be able to mine iron ore. That’s right iron ore. I know silver, and coal ore sell for more but everyone is mining that and its takes forever to mine. Iron is faster and fewer people want to mine it. Okay, Take off all your armour and put it in the bank. You should have nothing on you or in your bag. Then get your pick out of the bank and equip it as a weapon (As to not take up space in your bag). On you now should be your pick equipped as a weapon and nothing else on you or in your bag. This is where it’s going to get kinda vague because I can’t quite remember exactly how far to go and such. Go to Falador and go to the south bank by the South Gate. Head south from there and there should be (not to far from there) a tiny mining field that has copper, tin, & iron ore. Mine iron until your bag is filled then run back to Falador’s south bank by the South Gate and bank all your ores. You can continue doing this until you are bored then head to the GE (Grand Exchange) and sell all your ores. Now I believe that you can get 98gp for each ore (Don’t hold me to close to that guess because I can’t really remember the price) You’ll get less then you will if you sell big bones but mining is way faster than killing giants so it levels out to about even.
Money Making Method #3
You need to be able to kill a lvl 89 (I believe) Cockroach Soldiers. So get your best armour, best weapon, and great food (Swordfish, Lobsters, Tuna, etc…) Theses Cockroach Soldiers can be found in the new prison-like dungeon that is located south of Edgeville and north of Barbarian Village. You'll need a high-level combat, good armor, and lots of good food to tackle them efficiently, but they drop Rune Scimitars and Rune Square Shields frequently. So you can sell those for a pretty good price at the GE (Grand Exchange). (Although the price of rune has dropped drastically it still is quite expensive).
